GRUPO NORIEGA
History

NORIEGA was founded in 1962 by Eugenio Sánchez-Ramade Villegas (Seville 1928 - Córdoba 2005) as part of the Sánchez-Ramade business group’s expansion into property construction and maintenance.

NORIEGA soon diversified into external construction, and at the end of the 1970s began to develop residential properties, creating an association between the brand and the concepts of quality, modern design and vision for the future.

NORIEGA has delivered more than 14,000 homes in over 45 years of growth and constant investment – more than four decades of balanced, responsible development, grounded in the skill and hard work of its team, along with a commitment to innovation, excellence and client satisfaction.

Under the guidance of former managing director and current chairman Martín Sánchez-Ramade, NORIEGA has succeeded in maintained its identity and founding principles while evolving and adapting to modern times, by anticipating and incorporating into its strategy values such as quality and sustainability, but always from the perspective that its main asset are its people, and that the best guarantee for the future is the trust gained from its clients.

NORIEGA currently operates in Andalusia, Extremadura, Madrid, Levante and London, and is active in all areas of the building sector – public and private, housing and public works.
